Without a doubt the trip organised by you was superb. There was nothing that went wrong, all hotels were most comfortable and welcoming (despite the hiccup in Mumbai), the guides were very informative and covered all sites very well. I especially would like to speak highly of the driver who drove with the utmost of care, and who always had a polite and friendly manner.

All the arrangements you had made were superb. We were quite satisfied with your arrangements. The only comments I have is for the guide in Delhi. He was indeed cordial but would have done a bit better job if he would have accompanied to all the sites and would have explained every thing in a bit more details. The driver, Rajiv was excellent. He was extremely helpful, caring and took care of us very well. Our special thanks to him. Only other comments I have is about the car. The car, early model Ambassador, was okay but a late model modern car would have been better and more comfortable. Overall, we are very satisfied with your services and will certainly look you up next time we visit India and need your help.

As for the hotels: The hotel in Delhi was not a good one and unsatisfactory. We enjoyed all the other hotels.

As for the quides: The guides were good and we enjoyed their explanations. The guide in Udaipur on the second day, did not do his job and left us in the middle of the tour without guiding in the temple in Ranakpur.

The plan of the tour was very good, except Pushkar. We could spe.nd only one night there.

Reg.Club Travels , Whenever I remeber Club Travels in Delhi, I feel that I have known not only just some people in Delhi but also I do have My brothers and My Good friends Rajan Singla and Ranjan Gaur at Club Travels.
I can tell lot of nice things about them.I met them in Delhi some years ago, The first time when I met them I was with a group. Among them there were two school Rectors from the different Schools.One is Mr.Villy Madsen and next one is Mr.Uffe Vestergaard.They both were friends and joined with Me to Delhi.

We had a very wonderful journey and We found some secret precious things in TAJ MAHAL in Agra from a help of Mr.Rajan Singla,That secret is when you come into Taj there you can see very nice hand works on the stone walls where there are high valuable stones.When you look ON TO them there you can see a just colourful stones. People are allowed to see Taj Mahal only in the day time until 1800 p.m. But When We were there in Rajan asked Us to wait til the other entire people leave from the area and He called for a mand who works in the Taj. By the the time that Mand come it became dark and time was about 1900 p.m. The inside of Taj was dark too and there were no lights. That mand brought a Torch light and spot the light on that stones woooooow there We saw the deep secret of that stones colours.It was really amzing for Us and We really thanked them for the good time and that special secret.Onething is if I have been through a nother travels or guide to Delhi then I would have never seen that stones secrets.

like that I came to know Rajan and co´s good arrangements, their good knowledges and their good excellent services.

I have a experience in sending a just two elder Danish ladies to Delhi and when they returned back to Denmark they said they want to go to Delhi again and after When I send a family of 7 people in january 2001 they came back and asked Me is it possible to invite Rajan Singla and Ranjan gaur (Rajan´s office mate) to Denmark to visit that family. I was really surprised on that families request. We have been sending about 500-600 tourists directly to Club Travels in Delhi in past few years.

We are very much happy for their good services and for their SMILE.

I learn something from them that money is not important to them but the customer is important.
Club´s main policy is giving a good service to the Customers.

I wrote you a long letter and ups it vanished ,I think without sending it, so I write again and if it is the second one, sorry,
I have just returned from Germany yesterday from an exhibition for office furniture a week after our return from India...and it was not so easy to come back to reality.
The tour was amazing ,beautiful ,strong and India is astonishing I am sure I will come back as soon as I will have enough money to come again...Everything was organized wonderfully, Ranjan, you were so helpful, always there with your beautiful smile and ready to help ,to support to solve problems whenever they came out, and realy it worked. Bejoya is a charming and deep and expert in Orissa - the country, the tribes, and nature, the markets, all the history and temples and all was beautiful.

I realy think that you succeeded 100% - it was planned perfect and was done
perfect.

I have 43 films, from which I will do a lecture and enlarged some for my exhibition in the Museum next week. I will develop some pictures for you , too.

I hope you are all good, I am sure that more people will come through us to
