Best time to trek:	Zhangmu - Tingri - Lungjhang - Nomad's - Zomphu crossing Lamna-La Pass - Dza-Rongphu - Everest Base Camp - Rongphu - Xegar - Shigatse - Gyantse - Lhasa - Kathmandu

Day 01: Zhangmu
Drive to Zhangmu Over night at Hotel Zhangmu

Day 02: Tingri
Drive to Tingri Prepare Yaks for the trek to The North Face of Everest.

Day 03: Lungjhang
Morning trek to Lungjhang & over night stay in the Camp.

Day 04: Nomad's
Morning trek towards Nomad & over night stay.

Day 05: Zomphu crossing Lamna-La Pass
Trek to Zomphu crossing Lamna-La Pass(5060m) Camp

Day 06: Dza-Rongphu
Trek to Dza-Rongphu (4920m). Over night in the Camp.

Day 07: Everest Base Camp - Rongphu
Excursion to Everest Base Camp (5200 m). Return to Rongphu for camping

Day 08: Xegar
Return drive to Xegar Over night in Hotel Quomolangma

Day 09: Shigatse
Drive to Shigatse & Over night stay in the Hotel.

Day 10: Gyantse
Drive to Gyantse & Over night in Hotel.

Day 11: Lhasa
Drive to Lhasa via Yamdrok-Tso Lake

Day 12 / 13: Lhasa
Lhasa Sightseeing Tour Visit The Potala & Norbulinka Palace, Jokhang Temple, Drepung & Sera Monastery and Barkhor Bazaar
