Skiing Tour in Himalayas   Duration: 12 Nights/13 Days

1. This tour starts from Delhi covering the skiing destinations of Northern Himalayas like Shimla, Manali in the State of Himachal Pradesh and continuously go to Srinagar (Optional Nearby Travel Excursions) in Kashmir via Dharamshala-McLeod Gunj, see Buddhist Temple over there after this drive to Jammu and Jammu to Srinagar-Gulmarg (This is another Skiing destination in the State of Jammu & Kashmir (You Fly from Jammu to go to Srinagar or another option you can go there by a train or by coach).

Day 1 : Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi transfer in to the hotel / Overnight stay. Next Day drive from Delhi to Shimla by coach.

Day 01 : Arrive Delhi - Shimla :
Travel by surface from Delhi to Shimla (380 Km). On arrival check in at hotel. Evening free for leisure & pleasure. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 02 : Shimla
Morning free, Afternoon half day city tour visiting Indian Institute Of Advanced Studies, Sankat Mochan Temple and Jakhu Temple. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla, The Mall & The Ridge. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03 : Shimla
Full day excursion visiting Chail, Kufri and Naldehra. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04 : Shimla - Manali :

Morning drive to Manali (280 Km). Evening free for leisure & pleasure. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 05 : Manali
Morning half day city tour, visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery and Vashisht Village. Afternoon free & Overnight at hotel.

Day 06 : Manali
Full day excursion visiting Manikaran. Manikaran has the World’s hottest Suplhur Spring Waters and is a holy place for Hindus & Sikhs alike. Return back to Kullu town enroute visiting the famous Kullu Shawl Industry. On arrival check in at hotel. Evening free to visit Kullu town. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Manali - Manikaran :
Morning drive to Manikaran 85 km. Manikaran has the World’s hottest Suplhur Spring Waters and is a holy place for Hindus & Sikhs alike. Return back to Kullu town enroute visiting the famous Kullu Shawl Industry. Evening proceed for Kullu 45Km & visit town. Over night stay in the hotel. 
Day 08 : Kullu - Mc Leodganj :

Morning proceed for Dharamsala 200KM than drive 12 Km for Mc Leodganj. On arrival check in at hotel. Evening free for leisure & pleasure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 09 : Dharamsala (McLeodganj) :
Morning half day city tour visiting Dal Lake, Church, Bhagsu Nag Temple and Tibetan Monastery. Afternoon free. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10 : Mc Leodganj- Dalhousie(Drive):
Morning drive to Dalhousie (143Km). On arrival check in at hotel & Overnight stay.

Day 11 : Dalhousie
Morning half day city tour, Afternoon free & Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 12 : Dalhousie
Full day excursion visiting Khajjiar and Chamba town. Overnight at hotel.

Day 13 : Depart From Dalhousie to Delhi Back
After breakfast transfer to Pathankot railway station (Chakki Bank 90 kms) to board train for onward destination. sm offers ski courses, instruction and has equipment on hire at Kufri. The Skiing season spreads between November to February and the tourist inflow is at its peak during winters.
